Mr. Stutts has an eclectic background, to be sure. He completed professional acting training at the Bay City Actors Studio along with movement, speech, dialect and other subjects at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, CA and worked as an actor (mostly unpaid, unfortunately) in numerous projects around the Bay Area.
He began working in the financial services field in 1998, taking a position with Charles Schwab, Inc., relocated to the New York/New Jersey area in 2001, staying with the firm while working in the Securities Lending field on "the street" and continuing to work as an actor in regional theater productions.
He then moved back home to Charleston in 2006 and began his third (and final?) career as a teacher by accepting a position here at West Ashley in December 2007.
