WAHS After receiving my culinary degrees from the Culinary Institute of Charleston and the New England Culinary Institute, I worked in many areas of food service including 82 Queen, The Woodlands Resort & Inn, Al Di La, Blend and Whole Foods Market.

West Ashley offers Culinary Arts I, II, and a Hospitality work-based credit. Culinary II operates The Wildcat Cafe every Friday, which focuses on a variety of cuisines ranging from American regional to international.  In addition, I coach students in several competitions which take place in the spring.
